Our team attempts their best to guarantee that all dresses are created superbly and as per the eagerness of our clients. Upon the order’s arrival, we urge you to try it without altering or washing it.

In the production line, we’ll check every details of the product for you, our quality control team members will re-check the dress/product you requested is accurately before they are packed and sent to you.

We request you to carefully read our policies before returning the product.

Contact Us First

Please note that we only acknowledge products/dresses in their original condition, and we cannot process any products/dresses that are returned without our prior information. If you wish to return product/dress, you will need to contact us.

Order Cancellation

We appreciate that it is a very significant undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is vital to note that our mostly dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

  • Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 3 days.
  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel your order, please login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request cancellation.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

If your items were broken during delivery, we advise you to take photos or video and get “Proof of Damage” documentation from the delivery carrier. If you receive the dress is broken, faulty which is reasoned by, you can obtain the full refund.

Dress/ Product Is Not The Size You Ordered

Please note that before shipping an order, we take photos and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that, if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If the dress/ product are not fit in accordance to the size ordered we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly cover up to 100% but no more than 30$ of the product price as the tailoring cost. If you choose this option, we require the copy of the receipt from your tailor. If we make the dress in totally wrong size for you, we’ll offer you a free fix.

Dress/ Product Sizing Or Fitting Concern

As all of our dresses are hand-made and custom tailored, the finished dress will perfectly according to your given measurement. To make sure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, The Trendy Style tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to let minor size alterations to be made easily.

Dress Colour Or Style Variance

As all dresses are handmade by our tailors following images shown our website (, we can only promise 90% resemblance in style. The same situation goes with dress colour. There will be slight color difference between dress shown in model photo and product you receive due to light effects, monitor/laptop LCD settings and different batches of fabric shades. To confirm the dress colour, please contact our customer service team at We don’t accept return for requesting colour to be exactly the same. Only 90% similarities in colour can be promised. However, if you are sure that you have received the item in a totally wrong colour, please provide the photos as a proof and contact us and we will offer you free fix.

Dress Is The Size You Ordered But Does Not Fit

Please understand that dress that does not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost.

Following Are The Items That Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged

  1. No returns and no exchanges for personalized items.
  2. No returns and no exchanges for perishables, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie, etc) due to hygienic reasons.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 5 working days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.

  1. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return form. Please DO NOT use expedited courier like UPS, DHL or FedEx; the normal economic Post Office service would be just fine. Please keep the tracking number safe.
  2. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 working days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
